Fishing was hot last night! Not so much the action, but the fact that I was still sweating at midnight. Those cool September nights can't get here soon enough!
I had incoming water for most of the night, but still managed to find some decent weakfish action. I bounced around between Wildwood and Ocean City and ended up with four nice weakfish and an 18.5-inch flounder.
I tried live-lining some peanuts, but the bluefish just tore through them again. I wish I could enjoy the bluefish, but to me they are nothing more than an annoyance. They've really put a dent in my soft-plastic bait collection too.
If we don't see any T-storms, I'll be out again tonight.
Anyone else ready for the fall run?

Your like the god of weakies there Frank.. t^
I'm sure you got a few writings tucked away ;)
I'd love to learn how to target them, Something we haven't gotten to here yet.

Hi Far26,
As much as I like the Summer, Fall is a magic time of year! It is one of the reasons I still live around here ...

Rained out last night. >:(
I don't often bring the camera along during the summer months, but I'll try to remember it on the next trip. I guess the least I can do is shoot a few pictures of the fish on the cleaning table.
Rod, thanks for the compliment! I'll get something together as soon as my kids are back in school. Free time is very limited over here.
Hey Matt, good to see you over here. It's worth the trip whenever you feel up to it. I know weekend nights are tough though. I can't wait for the specks to show up!
