Title: Homemade Baileys Irish Creme recipe
Post by: Hunter 2 on January 23, 2015, 06:07:19 AM
This is a great recipe. Good to sip by the fireplace on those cold winter nights. Taste even better while fishing on a cold day. Enjoy  ;D

Home made baileys
Baileys recipe: half can condensed milk, 1/4 cup Jameson, 1 egg, 1 pint Heavy cream, scoop chocolate ice cream, Hershey syrup(count to 30) 1 tsp of vanilla . Blend and enjoy.    I like to make a few batches and store them in a 1.75lt corked wine bottle.

I'll have to show this to Michele.  Neither of us really drink, but she likes a glass of Bailey's every once in a while. t^

I was looking to do this around the holidays.
I figured it's not really cost effective.  But the cheaper brands of Irish cream are just as good and almost half the price of Baileys and taste the same.

This is a great recipe. I tried it and then the next time I doubled the James (just like you knew I would) and it was EVEN GREATER. Salut!
