Fished with Jersey Joe, Mike and Barney Sunday. We had to leave late around 11:30 for prior commitments. The tide was incoming for around 2 1/2 hrs already and we started trolling in the bay. We picked up a nice Stripers quickly a 20lb then waited a bit for our 2nd a 16lb on Stretch's. Then it shut down until an hour and a half past the outgoing around 5pm it was game on again. We were picking them off quick. They were either very small from 16" to 24" or larger 33" to 38" fish. We kept 7 for dinner for our families and head in around 7pm. It appears the most action is occurring 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours after the tide change when the waters moving fast. I did not see any bunker today.
Good Luck and get out while it's hot. Early evening weekday trips are looking good. chrz
Also we ran into Dan on Reel McCoy with Phil and the boys and said Hello. grtn
