Title: Hallie Loren 5-18-17 evening
Post by: Hunter 2 on May 19, 2017, 06:36:37 AM
We shoved off at 4pm and searched the bay and edges of the Ambros channel looking for Stripers. Outgoing tide in the bay temp was 71 deg and 66 by  Hoffman island towards the Verrazzano.  We didn't see any baitfish or birds. Kept 6 Gator blues for sharking and only saw 1 mark that looked like a striper. Great evening with the guys. Good music by Chris Cornell from his career and nice sunset too. Back in the slip at 8:15 for a cool beverage.
