Title: 22July Am Tide
Post by: Reel Time on July 22, 2017, 03:33:43 PM
Got to the beach right about first light. Was mostly empty this time.

Set up with fresh bunker and 4oz to hold. Got bit/broke off by a shark after coming tight that surfaced as line broke, break was before snap.

SeaChelle had a hit that chewed up the line and never truly came tight. That was it for excitment for today. Stayed till 0830'ish.

There was some sort of bait up near the wash, don't know what it was though. Oh, and flies,, lots of flies that didn't care what kind of spray you put on.

Those damn flies. Do they bite at night also? debating whether or not to go down tonight and photograph some stars if there's not clouds

The flies dissapear with the sun. Then the skeeters and gnats pick up where they left off.
