Title: Roosters Flukin 8-10-2017
Post by: Peterooster on August 10, 2017, 07:02:54 PM
Tom and I left our slip at seven AM and headed to the ocean, stopping at North Beach before going South to Nude Beach. Tide was running hard here as the party boats passed us by and Tom landed the first keeper Fluke @ 19”. By nine AM Tom had his three fish limit to 20” leaving me with all the shorts. There were plenty of Sea Robins, a few Skates and one doggie.Twenty two feet of water was the best producer as we fished this area till the tide was high. The tide change did not help anything and we headed in. Killies are getting hard to come by. Pete
