Title: new shark regs for 2018

Need shark endorsement on HMS permit. Also requires online shark id and shark fishing regs training course. Also need circle hooks, which isn't a bad idea.

Reminder: New Requirements for Recreational and Commercial Shark Fishing Take Effect on January 1, 2018
NOAA Fisheries reminds highly migratory species vessels that the remaining new recreational and commercial measures implementing Amendment 5b to the 2006 Consolidated Atlantic HMS Fishery Management Plan become effective January 1, 2018.
