Title: NJ Fishing & Boating Weather Outlook Weekend Edition: Feb 17-18, 2018

A mixed weekend with cautious and hazardous water conditions. Saturday Day will be mostly dry with a mix of sun and clouds. There will be a chance of showers. Temperatures will drop after dark and snow will move into the area. Snow will continue all night. Accumulations from 1-6 inches are possible. Sunday will be dry again with increasing sun. Highs will be in the 30’s and 40’s with lows in the 20’s and 30’s. Water conditions will be cautious to hazardous with gusty winds and high seas.
 
High pressure builds into the area tonight, then offshore on Saturday. An area of low pressure will approach the area from the south later Saturday into Saturday night. High pressure briefly builds across the area again Sunday, then offshore Sunday night. A warm front is expected to lift across into the
area later Monday into early Tuesday, followed by a cold front Wednesday into Wednesday night. This front will sag to our south Thursday and Thursday night as high pressure builds to our north.
