Title: GAMBLER-- NITE WRECKIN and other fishing in the dark plans
Post by: Capt Bogan on June 12, 2018, 08:24:12 AM
Its been a tough spring for striped bass this season. There are some big, beautiful fish out there, but you have to be in just the right place at the right time with the just the right offering. There's no lack of stripers --they have been hanging 6 to 12 miles offshore, but we are not permitted to fish outside of 3 miles.

Nights this Friday and Saturday we'll start off targeting big stripers but if they are not cooperative, we'll be ready to switch-up to blues or bottom species or do whatever it takes to bend the rods and put some meat on the table.

Starting this Thursday night and every Thursday through the summer, the Gambler will make our famous Nite Wreckin Trips. targeting ling, squid, flounder, cod and sea bass. It's a fun trip and a good opportunity to bring light spinning gear, for squid fishing, if you've never tried it before.

And Don't forget our Shark in the Dark trip, Sundays, starting the end of this month --check out the details on our site.
