Title: Fluke fishing
Post by: Salty Dog on July 13, 2018, 08:17:13 AM
Net peanuts and fished the creek , no takers , moved out into more open waters .Nothing . Went directly across the bay . Shorts and robins .Drifted the channel to the triangle , got a keeper . Then something hit and damned near spooled me . Got the other lines reeled in and chased it down . Cow nose ray . Get my line straightened out and set back up in the channel . two minutes in the water and another ray hits me . Snapped the line and propmtly moved out've there .Wound up with three keepers ,all the sea robins one man could want and some doggies thrown in for good measure .Tight lines everybody !
