Title: 7/14 insane bait
Post by: Takes Prizoners on July 15, 2018, 09:36:31 AM
Went down to the boat in the evening to swap out the battery and take a few people for a cruise. While waiting for them to arrive, kept hearing disturbances on the water (the good kind). When we got under way pretty much had to run through the diving birds. Now this only happens when I DON'T BRING THE RODS >:(. LOL. Anyway, made a run to the ammo pier, hung out a few minutes, and turned around. As we came 180 degrees, on of the guys in the bow spotted a shark fin on the surface. Pressed on and stopped to watch all the fireworks shows on the way in. Docked at 10 with what I hope is an abnormally high tide. Just made it under the bridge. Walked my friends down the dock and was greeted with 6" of water over the walkway near the fence. lol. luckily my deck boots were in the boat.
