Title: GAMBLER— 1/2 day Flukin
Post by: Capt Bogan on September 13, 2019, 04:02:29 PM

The Gambler was not out today,  due to poor sea conditions. We will be out tomorrow,  but the seas may not be calm until after the weekend.

On our fluke trip yesterday,  Thursday,  we found some bigger fluke up to 5lbs. We did not have much of a drift in the morning, so the guys that were able to cast out and work baits back to the boat,  did best.

There are still a lot of pelagics around while we are fluke fishing, and casting a lure has produced bonito, bluefish,  spanish mackerel and little tunny for those who have put their time in trying it.

We missed our Wreckin trip this week because of the weather but we'll be out this Saturday night for blues.
