anyone know of any near the hook scupps went out of business and atlantic highlands bait doesnt answer the phone

The tackle shop that was "IN" AH marina, is no longer there. Not sure if there are rentals there anymore. Browns Point in Keyport has skiffs with tiller motors. I think there is another marina in Keansburg that has rental skiffs also.
