Set out a little later than the norm for us. Rounded the hook and was met with birds that were a bit further off the tip than usual. Dropped just on the outside and pulled up a 17-3/4" fluke immediately. The a handful of shorts. Moved off to our intended destination and was met with sea robins. Next spot produce more short action and some out-of-season keeper size seabass. There were piles and piles of them. Next spot was full of giant doggies and giant skates. Moved to find more huge schools of seabass. Had a youngin on board to break in, so we just kept playing with them. In the end had a couple keeper fluke.

yes. the seabass were very aggressive. Would only have a tiny piece of gulp left after a few seconds
