Do you have to do the morse code as part of the test?

No.  As of about 3 months ago you did but that is no longer a requirement for any license. ;D

That should make it a lot easier, plus there are local clubs around that run classes and administer the tests.

There is a club in T.R. I'm not sure if they run classes or not here us their site.
