COCK ROBIN- May 22
« on: May 22, 2009, 08:34:06 PM »
yesterdays South winds created cold water conditions and a tough day of hide and seek with da blues.

headed out and immediately saw some action to the south. put the glasses on some birds and set off on a chase.  marked LOTS of bait but no action.....

headed north, marking bait all the way.   spotted some birds in hover mode.  marked bait, made some passes, nothin....

north again, joining the fleet and began a slow pick of blues.

GREAT group of new friends and old asthe season continues.....

NOW SAILING 7 DAYS AND 2 NIGHTS (friday and saturday)

we are back at it tomorrow DAY and NIGHT!

Nice report RN.  We saw you out there today.  That south wind definitely cooled the water off dramatically. nosmly

You eventually did find the fish. Great job.  t^

I think the water temp dropped about 6-8 degrees with the south wind.  :P
