Barnegat Fishing Report 5/23

Got a late start..

with 2 dead brand new batteries.. forgot to hit the switch and.. left the Raymarine on ;D  Quick jump start and off we went..
Entered into a sloppy, cold and wind bay..  hit the Bi and BB buoy with " custom made catfish hunter" Bucktails into some shallows nothing but a lot of sea snot.

Ran into Capt John " perfect drift"  nothing happening for him either.

Also hit a few spots on Double Creek.. nothing happening.  Not many expecting any fluke action with the cold water..
 

Water temp was around 67 inside...  Watched the light house disappear into the incoming fog.. and hightailed it back to the dock..

Enjoyed the few hours on the water..  t^

Will get them next time we came up with a O The fish that where caught were yup on the flats I cant get there with my boat to big. was looking for you to stop by thy had the grill fired up at the  marina

I didn't spent a lot of time up there.. probably not enough..

When we got back to the Dock.. Mom and Dad were pretty beat..
