SH Fluke 5/30
« on: May 30, 2009, 06:41:37 PM »
Hopped on the Grillo express this morning and headed out to see what was about.

More of the shorts. Short Short Short. Saw some bunker flippin at the tip o da hook but unable to snag any???

Made a few moves hit some robbins, skates, it was shaping up to be another garbage fish day then Christine boated a nice flattie that went 24". Short drifted a nice hole as the tide was working and picked thru some more shorts to eventually put 5 in the box. Christine was the bait draggin queen adding some thick ones and Grillo and I landed a few to keep it interesting.

I was bucktailing a 2oz'er with squid tipper and Grillo was throwing everything he had at 'em but the fisher queen stood by the squid/killie combo to show us all up. Good day, got some white wine butter going now to taste one up.

Bassin tomorrow, maybe some more fluke too.
