Talked to fish and game today.

I was at the Atlantic Highlands Marina today pulling the boat out and ran into fish and game. I asked him how many Fluke keepers he saw today and he told me two. This was around 2 pm. Not good for a Sunday.

Did you ask him how many non-keeper fluke he saw?  ;D

I fished the Shrew Rocks today...some hard to get bunker pods in close...every time I get close another boat would be barreling down the coast, breaking up the pod...did manage a couple..went out and set up...blues were being caught by boats who were chunking...Didn't see any stripes and heard lots of "where all the fluke and stripers go!" fished from 6am to 1pm then back to the bay from the 18 can to Princess Bay. I can hear it already...Monday Madness...stripers jumpin in the boat! chrz
