Sandy Hook 6/25

Hit the water around 7 am and stopped at the #1 can. Sat there for about 10 min and the boat did not move, so around the hook we went.
Once around the hook we had a drift. Stopped at the rips and picked up a few short. Next stop was the #7 and we found a few more fish. Once the tide stopped the bite shut down for us. Back in to the dock around 1pm with on 20” keeper in the box. Glad it was my son who caught the keeper. Haven’t fished with him in awhile.

I should get some extra fish catching credit, sine every time I spoke with Kez, he hooked up another fish.  I will be over for dinner Dennis.  rofla

Hope you did better then I did Mark.

Rick I'll just have to phone you up when things get slow  ;D  it sure was a nice day today,after all those rainy days,I think most were just happy to get out and if you caught that was a plus.good seeing you out there,hope to see you more often.  t^    Kez

my buddy was out their today they fished the channel edges and limmited out and caught over 100 shorts and a mess of nice sea bass with the blue heads
