Well, I fished the Party Boat Angler out of Altantic Highlands, New Jersey today.  I am not having any luck with the fluke this year.  This time last year, I had many shorts and a number of keepers.  This year I have ZERO keepers and only SEVEN shorts.  Maybe its the weather or me.  Not sure.

Once again Captain George ran a class act trip.  We made a number of drifts.  His daughter Christine and mate Joey did a great job.  And of course Bob in the galley made a very good breakfast.  If you haven't tried the Angler yet, give it a shot.  As I have said, Captain George and Crew give you a great experience whether you win, lose or draw.  Very nice folks.

Just not my day again.  Special thanks to my fishing buddy, Frank.  Also a thanks to the guy who owns the Atlantic Highlands Bait and Tackle Shop.  He has the 2009 Recreational NJ Fishing size and limit cards.  I too two for myself.  He gave me a bunch and asked me to give them to Captain George for the boat.  Nice gesture.

Taking two weeks off from fishing.  Will report once I get back on the water.

being out fishing is better than being at work and it looks like you had agood time.

Nice report.  You should try a trip on our sponsor's boat, Captain Ron's Fisherman.  Maybe it'll change your luck!
