Simple Grilled Sea Bass
« on: July 07, 2009, 09:53:46 AM »
Very simple recipe I did on the grill on the 4th....  Seabass filets wrapped in foil with chopped garlic (3 or 4 cloves), one half chopped onion, one whole tomato chopped, one and a half tbsp. fresh chopped parsley, 3 or 4 tbsp. butter, salt, pepper and lemon juice!  Takes just a few minutes, about as long as a hot dog to cook.  I had the filets of about 5 seabass sitting on the top warming wrack.  Oh, did I mention the lemon is to taste.  I add a little while cooking, so as not to overwhelm it......  then squeeze some on top after it's done.  (can't wait for fresh garden tomatoes, but it's gonna be at last another week, maybe two!)
I am not the boss of my house.  I don't know when I lost it.  I don't know if I ever had it. But, I have seen the boss's job and I do not want it! - Bill Cosby
