Pro Cut Squid
« on: August 08, 2009, 06:15:59 PM »
I was feeling lazy this morning so instead of buying whole squid and stripping it up myself i decided to get Pro cut squid. I know this stuff has been around for yrs but it was my first time using it.Heres my question is this stuff really squid? The reason i ask is becouse it had white skin on one side of the strip it looked like Fluke belly.

Yeah, it is well "processed" squid! I have seen it come in by the pallet and it was all squid.  It is really convenient to use and comes in the variety of colors.
