Sea Hawk bottom fishing 11/3-4
« on: November 04, 2009, 02:06:22 PM »
Yesterday we could only manage a slow pick of porgies and blackfish.  Morning bite was better than afternoon, but that's not saying much.  Everyone did seem to get their 1 tog and leave with some fillets.

Today we headed to the same spot to see if action would improve, but bite was non-existant.  Headed further south and found much better action.  Porgy fishing was still quite slow, but the sea bass and blackfish more than made up for it.  Seems everyone is leaving with atleast 8-9seabass and their 1 tog.  High hook had 16 keeper seabass.

Pool fish was a nice 6lb blackfish.
