Capt.Ron/Fishermen/Weekend outlook...
« on: November 13, 2009, 03:59:01 PM »
Looks like we have one more day of this crap! With the ebb tide most of the day tomorrow, the huge swell and still NE to 20, it doesn't look good.
Sunday will be the next shot at getting out. It's like starting all over after a few days off.
Did the NE'ster push all the bait out? Are the fish so banged up that they moved to deeper water, did they continue South for an early departure? Who knows, all we can do is get out there and give it hell.
We still have the smaller fish (jig fish) that are the last ones to leave.
We normall catch them in December between the channels and down the beach.
Time will tell... Hopefully, the reports for next week will good and this weather was only a minor setback. Capt.ron

Don't you guys know that you can not count on NOAA for an accurate report!  Hell, they are the same agency that deals with our fishing regulations.  nosmly
