Thursday Cod/Pollack/Ling

Fished the Gambler for their Thursday Cod/Pollack/Ling trip. Fishing was slow.  I did manage one Cod.  Standard Hi - Low rig with clam. Stay away from the bells and whistles, it attacks the dogs.  I didn't see any Pollack come over the rail.  Not a lot of ling either but the ones that were caught we on the large size. Capt hit a lot of spots tryig to find the fish.  Some wrecks where doggie cities.  Weather was great for a January 14th. Good way to chase the winter blues away.

How far out are Cod? Do they hang around with Blackfish?

They are hitting the 20 to 40 mile wrecks.  To far out for the Togs.
