Headed out for another day of Striper Fishing. Kirk was back aboard for His second Trip, Beatstock Arty, Mark Tree Beard, Mike and Kevin rounded out todays crew.

After the best live line bite we seen up to date yesterday we left the inlet with High hopes. Broke the inlet nice and early and made 50 pieces of bait in a flash right on the north Jetty.

Steamed to the south and was one the first to arrive in Bunker being blow out of the water right in the surf... with Bunkers being pushed right up on the beach.

Guys slugged away 2 Drifts before boat traffic arrived and boxed up a limit by 645am and in to c&r Mode!! Even bigger fish than we had yesterday with many over 30 and two that topped the 40lb early in the am!!!

Popped around getting nice cracks at mutiple hookups in bunker pods... when that slowed up we brought our bunker out to the deep and watch them get crushed for the rest of the day.

Kirk Caught our 3rd fish over 40lbs (released) just before it was time to go home and turn around for our afternoon trip!!! Mark had the Hot hand of the day!!!

Truly another special day to be on the water. Bunch of personal best and loads of action on big Stripers from start to finish!!!

By the days end the guys caught around 45 Big Stripers. With 3 going over 40lbs... Biggest was 44lbs on the Morning... bunch over 30!!! Even Kept a Limit and let the rest go for another Day!!!

Doesnt get any better than the last couple days!!!

Holy COW!!    It was a spectacular day of fishing yesterday. I was out on Joes boat and took these pics of you. It was cool to see NJSWF members Art and Mark out fishing with you.  Good luck today too.

Can't say enough about the day, and the job done by Capt Jerry and Wayne  clp .. After spending the month struggling to catch a few bass up in the river, it felt great to drop the elbow on'em like that. Surely the best day of Bassing I've had, topped with the release of my PB of about 42#  Great to the  see the crew of the 'Ayes out there getting on 'em too.. Again , thanks to the Monger boys, and to Art Berkman for posting a heads up on the open spot.. it was great fishing  with ya Art!  t^  chrz

Capt Jerry & Capt Wayne thanks for a great trip.Also a big thanks for the Fresh Dead we chunked 11 Bass yesterday smallest was 21 # and the Biggest Bass for the day was a 35 #.My hands are all cut up !
