This year in "Little Rhody", they LOWERED the minimum size for keeping fluke from 21" to 19.5", while keeping the daily possession limit at 6 fish.

Their open season runs from 5/1 - 12/31.
5/1 is more than 6 weeks earlier than last season, but more importantly, it stays open all year after that!!!

Looking at a headboat fleet's schedule, it looks like they stop Fluke fishing in Sept...

Maybe it's before the regulation change?
