New, never used Cabelas Fishing Tackle Backpack.
They have since discontinued this model.
6 total pockets/compartments. 2 main compartments: one on top which opens up like a backpack would and then one on the bottom which opens to the front and holds 4 Plano 3650 size boxes. Then there are 2 compartments in front of each of the main compartments, the one on the top has a key clip and the lower one has an organizer. There is an upper pocket which is water proof for a cell phone or electronics and on the outside of that is a utility holder for a knife or small flashlight. There are also two plastic mesh pockets on the bottom on both sides of the bag. It has padded shoulder straps which each have a heavy duty plastic D Ring.
