Let's hear about some new gear you picked up over the winter and can't wait to try out.

I got a St Croix Mojo Bass spinnig rod that I'm looking forward to taking up to Lake Erie this spring and using on some giant Bronzebacks.

Hello,

I got a new Penn BTL 4000 Battle spinning reel which I am coupling with a South Bend Black Beauty rod I stripped down and in the process of putting new guides on. I also did a total rebuild (guides, handles, reel seat) on a old 7ft unmarked rod that I dug out of my basement junk pile which my oldest son will be trying out. Come on Winter Flounder Season!

A Jett Lathe niceeeeeeee. I'm saving my pennies for one. I'm building a new 8 ft fluke rod on Lamiglas GLB961M blank. I am going to pair it up with my Avet lefty SX.  So far it feels like a sweet setup.
