Fishermen/ Nasty Day,Great fishing!! 4/28/11
« on: April 28, 2011, 05:42:35 PM »
Took out the handfull of customers who showed in Atlantic Highlands today for some Striper fishing.
Hard outgoing, nasty ocean and the bite was on!!! (Waiting for the fair weather only kills your chances of having a great day.)
Keepers and some smaller fish to start out the day. Made a couple drops that produced fish on each one.
After the change, late in the day, the gannets started hitting the water on bunker. Put the jigs on and had a couple shots at the bigger fish.
Good fishing with more than we could take. Not too many pics as it was a little nasty coming home. Another Video to show some of the action.

Chartered This Saturday Morning!!

Thanks!
Capt.Ron

The stripers really do like the nasty weather.  TT^

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.

Good trip.  Doesn't look like my boat would have liked it out there though.  I'll be out tomorrow.
