Hey I had fun, great weather great seas and great people. I had one keeper and only lost two sinkers.
A couple suggestions for next year, have a check in on the boat so some one will not delay the start and let the second heaviest fish win to cool down Paule.
Just kidding, good job Paule  I hope to see everyone april 12 th

I had a great time and a lot of laughs today with some old and new friends...The weather was about as good as it gets for blackfishing in December t^

Yeah the fishing was tough as others have mentioned ( except for Paule  ::) )aka the luckiest guys on this web site....I offer you my explanation....Paule wins the custom rod on last years blackfish trip t^.....then....he wins a nice canyon reel at the banquet last year 5hrug....then....he puts that rod and reel together and uses them to win the pool money on todays trip thud

So.....

Congrats to Paule on winning the pool-----------------------wait for it-----------------------------------------wait-------------------------> ::)<--- t^

and

Andy for the runner up and the Dick's Sporting Good's Gift Certificate t^

and

Joe Maitai for winning the Rod and Reel Combo t^

Thanks to all that attended and donated to make this trip a success ;D

when you see slow reports like this, you wonder how the Fish Monger gets their limit almost everyday.

Had a blast fishing with you all today t^

Was nice to pick up the pool fish today but would have traded that luck pick up any day to see us all come home with a limit. Slow day but damn, the weather was awesome for Dec,
On the Monger in 8 hrs w/kenny so good night and some trip pics on Wed slt

As usual, another great NJSWF sanctioned event!  Nice to see some old friends and meet a few new ones.  Thanks to Dick's for the coupons, Joe & Phil for the rod/reel combo that JoeMaiTai was lucky enough to win, the captain & crew of the Bandit for their work, and everyone that made the trip happen.  Big congrats to Paulie for yet another NJSWF win.   pawle   t^
