Fished mon. afternoon  at Sandy Hook by the toll boths, caught the blue there also caught a few short fluke, robins, skates and doggies. I was fishing live mullet. Fished this morning off the steel bulkhead in Highlands  the two large fluke took live snappers. Also got some shorts on gulp and killies

I use a throw net, or killie trap  with dog food or cat food. Its right next to the steel bulkhead in highlands.

I need snappers for bait where do I get them!!!! LOL, I definitly want to bring them to Long Island this weekend. I am thinking maybe if I go to this freshwater brook by my house I can catch dozens if minnow/baby bass at like 3 to 6 inches long. I wonder if they'd work. Haha

Fish On
Give a man a fish, and he can eat for a day. But teach a man how to fish, and he'll be dead of mercury poisoning inside of three years.

Great Catch,

I will be up there next week.  The wife has this week maxed out on the stare of renovating the house.  I can't believe flooring costs so much.

Happy Catching
