fishing report 8-25
« on: August 26, 2007, 09:52:23 PM »
Started fluking in the hudson before the verz. bridge, caught a 22". then fished off of south beach for a bit and caught a 23". traveled to boueys 19-20 but didn't catch nothing... Traveling around and found a couple of boats fishing close this lighthouse somewhere in the Raritian bay for porgies.. Set up the rigs and caught 10 of them..First time for me..we caught 3 about 12"... Stop at one more spot and caught another 22" fluke..

Headed back and the CO's where out writing up someone with to short flukes..

Overall after the fog it was a great day of fishing..
