Trophy Cuddy Entry Door

Not really mechanical related but, thought this was an ok spot for it.

I need to replace the top, plexiglass entry door (the one the swings up) on my 23 Bayliner Trophy. I am having a hard time finding a replacement online so, I was thinking of just replacing it with a material that can hold-up to the abuse of saltwater. I need to make a square top peice that I can screw a lip to (secures the mandoor). It would need to be about 1/2" thick so I can secure the lip too.

Other than wood do you have any suggestions? I was thinking of something like a cutting board feel/look but, wouldn't know where to find it.

Azek or trex the both make white boards in 1/2" and 3/4" in 4'x8' sheets ive used it for many hatches and other things.

I used King Starboard to replace rotting bulkhead this spring.  It worked out well.

Starboard would be the way to go if you dont want wood.

Easy to deal with, and a good selection of sizes and colors.

Why not wood?   Ddepending on the layout of your ride, teak would look good.  But then again, I love teak and its not for everyone!!!

Starboard is good for the same just the price is way more, look into the stuff I mentioned and youll be surprised
