fished from 5am to 2pm nothing .water was very warm. rgmn

Stinks on the skunk, but at least you were out fishing!

Ocean temps are 6-10 degrees higher than average temps for this time of the year.  Average water temp is 75F or so degrees and is usually 62-69F this time of year.  I saw a Buoy reading at SH of 82.4F water temp today...if that is a correct temp, that is extremely high for this time of the year!!

Manasquan river area was in the 80-82 range on Sat/Sun.
