Hi Guy's... Launched out of Sewaren today because I wasn't too sure of the weather and also didn't want to hit the mad dash to the shore traffic. Got on the water close to 10 am.  Cruised thru the sailboats in Perth Amboy looking for peanuts but never found them. Called Mike (Funky Monkey) and let him know where we were. Was having radio problems on and off all day for some reason so if anyone was calling I was trying to answer sorry. Made a short hop to the 47 can and picked up a double header on the first drift. Both shorts but nice fish. Met up with Funky Monkey and his son near keyport and he was gracious enough to share some peanuts with us. Thanks again Mike. The people on here are second to none. Headed right back to the original spot since we had a nice 20" in the box from there. A few more drifts with the fresh bait and I managed to put an 18" in the box. After that it was nothing but shorts . Made a few moves but still shorts. No sea robins, skates, or any other fish today except for a couple of blue fish bite off's.I didn't have to work today,the weather held out..the fishing was decent...and there were not many people on the water today. What more can anyone ask for.     t^

Didn't matter of I found the bait anyway...I prolly have a better chance of hittin the Mega Millions tonight then I do of throwing the net and having it open and actually catching something in it....LOL

Pleasure meeting and the wife out there today.
My live well holds a good amount of bait (21 gallon) so anytime you need some and I have, don't hesitate to ask.

Congrats on putting a few in the box.

Nice bait well...  My hot tub only holds 500 gallons and it is 8' x 8' square.

Got to see your boat mboy does fishinfool know about this boat?

mboy...That wasn't the wife..I got rid of her a long time ago...LOL.....That was a next door neighbor. Sorry I forgot to introduce you. Was busy holding on to the boats making sure we didn't bump into each other.
