Started at 7 get txt from my ol partner that bunker at my boat and if he had a cast net than he could get bait--- cast nest laying in plain sight-- so i had to do it LOL
Bumpy ride out as i headed to island side
Clipped a board 12ft which hit my motor didnt see any damage and still ran fine all day thank god!
Caught 5 short and 1 keeper and mike gave me the heads up and put me on some nice fish!
Buddy caught a 21" as soon as we got to mike I landed a 18". As i was putting a new hook on his line (like fishing with wife!) my reel screamed and bent hard.
I dropped his rig and started reeling yelling for the net landed a 22 1/2 at 4.4#. few more shorts and than headed in after the drift was dead for awhile.
Peanuts and pink gulp was ticket ! and Mike for the location !! Thanks Mikey!
