Young Gull, Bowguide, Brijones1 trip 9-5
« on: September 05, 2007, 11:16:33 PM »
Put together a last minute trip with Young Gull today since I had a Wednesday off.  Just so happened Bowguide was able to make it as well.  Got on the water around 1:30. dtg, Fished the back bay with a fantastic start putting 6 keepers up to 21in in the box in 45 minutes.  Used nuts all day after Young Gull and myself threw the cast net a couple times and had plenty of bait.  After the power hour of fishing, the wind kicked up and it was off to the next spot.  Every spot we stopped at today Bowguide who fished from the bow picked up a keeper putting 6 in the box for the day. Myself and three rod Eddy couldn't catch him.  Biggest fish for the day was dropped at the boat by Bowguide, must have been a 30lber, at least, lol. Another great day on the water with a great couple guys.  Thanks, next time I'll take you guys out on paddleboat charters  TT^

Great time guys thanks for allowing me to invite myself.Nice job on cast netting by Fancy balls Brian although I think you let Joey G' brush hog guys fillet that fish LOL dtg ,or maybe they used the brush hog?Alot of fun although we didnt catch any giants like that guy at three rods marina. To bad three rod made me drop that cobia at the boat that would've been a first. Thanks again

Only three rods Ed? When I'm with you it's usually four, three dead sticks and one in hand!
