New to the site
« on: October 11, 2012, 04:33:46 AM »
Newbie Here!!!

I've been reading along and decided to jump in. You've got a solid Forum page with some really creative and well explained posts. Looking forward to seeing whats here on the member side.

I've been driving out to Long Island from No. Jersey to surf cast and float eels up near the Hamptons. We did much better up around the point of Montauk. It's pretty much happening in full swing , BUT the ride sucks.. Anyone have any surf info for Jersey..

Although, not the choice of most.. I have access to a few river points near So. Kearny, I'd be willing to share a night or two out if you can return the favor with surf spots in and around that work for you. Let me know...

Fishing, with me, has always been an excuse to drink in the daytime.

Welcome! This site has a massive amount of information. I don't know much about surf nor have I had that experience but I know from my time well spent on this site is that there is plenty of information and also plenty of people willing to help out. Good Luck.

It is to be observed that 'angling' is the name given to fishing by people who can't fish.
