Last Tog trip of the year today with Capt Kris aka Rich and Mate Darren aka Darryl! Lol less then perfect conditions but we were vIkings today. Capt Kris spent a lot of time watching a following sea on our tail the whole way out, basically a nice ride on the Island Hopper. Hit our mark and backed off the throttle to have that following sea hit us right in the ass HARD! This is where I give Kris props not an easy ocean to set in and he did it to perfection, don't get a big head! Lol baited up with greenies & drop to the bottom to a pleasant tap tap. We picked all morning while the West South West kept honking. I finally connected with a money fish no monster but a good respectable tog. Everybody worked their ass off today and managed 16 keeps in the box. All and all pretty damn good for the hand we were dealt.
