FISHERMEN/Monday's Fluke fishing report..
« on: August 05, 2013, 04:20:37 PM »
Didn't like what we saw first thing in the am fishing the channels...couple keepers and a slow pick on shorts. Took off for greener pastures making several moves finding fish just about every where we went.

Had some very nice keepers today including a 5lb 3/4 ounce pool fish caught by Dave Fritz, Whippany, N.J. Couple others that made 4 to 5 pounds also.

Good group of customers aboard with a bunch of our younger customers coming back to catch some Fluke.

Got a chance to take a cast yesterday, first shot landed a double header, fish on the bottom bucktail made 6 pounds while the top one just missed the mark! Put the rod away and called it a day!

Looked like it might have been bit off some time ago as it was all healed up. We've caught 3 others like that this season!
