Buffalo Shrimp
« on: September 15, 2013, 01:02:10 PM »
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
2 table spoons garlic powder
2 table spoons black pepper

1 cup vegetable/olive oil

1 bottle of your favorite hot sauce

Mix the flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and black pepper together. Rinse off some ready to cook shrimp and cover them with this mixture. Heat up the oil on a pan and drop the shrimp inside. Depending on how crispy you like your shrimp, they should be ready between 3 and 6 minutes. After you take them out of the pan, pour a few drops of your favorite hot sauce on them and enjoy.

Although I haven't tried it yet, I think this would be excellent with snapper bluefish. Little buffalo bluefish French fry type things. Sounds delicious.
