The water bounces between 45 and 50 degrees and this is what we get.  Tons of shorts with a few big gals thrown in just to keep us all interested.  I have been out but not much in keepers to report on.

Plus the 3 catching tips are clams, light on the bunker and the majority are on  metals with teasers.  Nothing much on top waters or swimmers, go figure.  This fish was caught on a Bomber...

I saw the Betty & Nick's sign in the back..Cool...what does it taste like?? Is it a whitefish or more dark like a blue? Are they normal for this area?

Recently they are only found occasionally in this area.  But this year there has been a decent amount of them caught. 
They are supposed to be very good table fare.

  Funny guy.... Funnnnnnnnnnnny guy you are!!!   One fish - two fish - red fish - blue fish! I never had it before... still I ask, is the meat white like Fluke or dark like the Blue fish??

Redfish have an opaque color fillet.

Red fish are usually only found in warmer waters down south like Georgia around Florida and into the Gulf of Mexico.  I have heard they do migrate up here but this year must be unusual because I have heard of more caught this year than any time before.

I wonder if they follow the Gulf Stream and get caught in one of the warm eddy's that branch off and make their way to the shore line looking for that warmer water.
