North Carolina "huge" striper tagging article

While taking a well deserved rest from all this FU***NG snow shoveling, I found this article on another site.  Their regs are the the same as ours as far as the 3 mile zone.  They were doing this for the state of NC, so it was legal. Hopefully this gives everyone some hope that there is a light at the end of this winter.  34 days to SPRING, but the snow piles will be here long after that day.   rgmn hhppy
