Weather Program
« on: April 17, 2014, 10:04:16 AM »
I had been using Buoyweather.com in coordination with NOAA and other free programs. My subscription is up with BW. I like the platform but, I want to know if there are any other services that you may like or could suggest?

Fred, fishing the "Kristy Marie" from Manasquan River Club. Channels 16/67/68.

I am not a boater but I do use Wunderground as my go to weather program site.  http://www.wunderground.com
They have both ground and marine forecasts.

If I'm fishing Capt. Joe the weather report usually goes like this:

"Come on up to the boat and we'll take a look.  If it's too nasty we'll turn around." TT^

Other than that, I like Buoyweather and NOAA.

Fished many a day when the weather forcast looked gloomy. Gotta look for yourself to make an informed decision.  t^

Of course if it's obviously poor weather I'll stay home but that is the exception to the rule.  TT^
