Real Slow Day of Fishing
« on: October 21, 2007, 11:15:25 PM »
Started out the day drifting off Breezy Pt.......clams and Peanuts.....nodda....shor over to between the channels.....a couple blues no bass......slide down to the Pipe and a couple holes by the Highlands bridge, reading fish no takers.

Slipped down to the Rocks and the SW edge of the SH Reef  boated some nice porgies and Sea Bass.....

Fisnished up trolling from the Highlands Bridge to north beach.....zippo.

Came into the bay had birds working off Officers row......again Lock jaw...all in all a great day on the water with some good guys, even though the fish did not cooperate.  5hrug

Hopeflly the weather will turn where it should be so the Fall Run can start :-\

pray for cooler weather and NW winds.  That should shake things up a bit... Actually long range models this week going into early next are calling for temps in the 50's and 60's w/ overnights dropping into the 40's.  Shoudl be enough to get stuff going past this full moon  TT^
