Vintage Reel Repair

I have a Holliday 40 original reel that is locked.  It was made in Italy and is patented because it has no bail.  It is all metal but did not survive storm Sandy internally.  Is there anywhere that might be able to repair it?  Appreciate any help you could give me!

I don't know where you are located and you are most likely not going to find anyone who specializes in Holliday's. However, I would recommend Betty & Nick's in Seaside Park. They have a comprehensive reel repair shop and just happen to be sponsors here, as well.
