Fished on Saturday with Jeff, Matt and Charlie.  Left SRI at 5:00 am in heavy fog.  The fog was not as bad the farther we got offshore.  First spot was NG...loaded with pout.

Decided to run another 30 or so miles to 180 ft and we had good cod fishing.  Boxed 18 nice cod to 29 lbs...5 were over 20 lbs.  Charlie had the 29 lber.  Matt had a 26 lber.  Jeff had a 23 lber.  I had a 20 and 22 lber.

Not a hot bite but huge smiles all around.  Tried some sharking but with the full moon the lines were screwy...bad wind against the tide and I had to re-set the anchor five times.

Nice ride in with the SE on our ass end...

Lots of good eats and a great day with a lot of laughs.  Time for some BFT!
