Surfclam & quahog quotas to remain; size limit dropped

Atlantic surfclam & quahog quotas will remain the same net year but the surfclam size limit will be dropped. Details at http://www.examiner.com/article/limits-dropped-on-atlantic-surflclam-size-next-year
